Current Projects

The Department of Planning and Infrastructure through its Road Network Division manages the delivery of the works programs for the road network and transport facilities. The Department contributes to the development and implementation of traffic management and road safety programs.

Construction of the first stage of the Tiger Brennan Drive Extension (East Arm Port Access Route) will commence in April 2008 and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Current projects include planned road works to address safety concerns at the Trower Road and Rothdale Road intersection. The general public are asked to make comment.
